The challenge
eCommerce merchants were losing revenue to chargebacks and spending hours assembling dispute evidence by hand across alert networks and store data.
What I built
- AI-driven chargeback evidence generation from structured merchant and order data.
- Real-time dispute alerts through Ethoca, RDR, and CDRN integrations.
- Shopify-compatible workflows that cut manual dispute handling.
- Multi-tenant merchant architecture with role-based access control.
